Pre-E3: Send Instant Text Messages With Your Game Boy Advance
Majesco revealed two new prepherials for the Game Boy Advance: a Wireless Link and a Wireless Messenger, the two items will be released next year pending licensing approval from Nintendo. The Wireless Link allows gamers to partake in any link-compatable multiplayer game, while the Wireless Messenger grants the gamer the ability to send instant text messages via their Game Boy Advance. Both applications will be showcased at Majesco's booth during E3. (Booth #946 of the South Hall inside the LA Convention Center.)
"More than 21 million consumers in North America own a Game Boy Advance and that alone offers a significant opportunity for publishers," said Jesse Sutton, Chief Executive Officer, Majesco. "Between our video compression technology and our new wireless offerings, we have managed to go beyond the normal video game applications to maximize and expand the potential of Nintendo's Game Boy Advance."
